What is Peak Veterinary Surgical Solutions, LLC?

PVSS is a mobile surgical practice owned by Dr. Savicky, a board certified veterinary surgeon who is committed to offering affordable, cutting-edge veterinary surgery to Arizona's veterinary community. We work directly with primary care veterinarians to offer advanced surgical care in the comfort and convenience of their hospital. We offer our services to veterinarians in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

What Can PVSS Offer My Hospital?

Dr. Savicky is committed to improving veterinary medicine and being able to provide affordable, advanced, referral level veterinary surgery to more of Arizona's veterinary community.


Not only does your practice benefit from the additional revenue by keeping surgeries in-house, but so does your client. Your client will get the benefit of a boarded surgeon at a more affordable price and your clinic benefits from an additional revenue source by charging facility and anesthesia fees.

Who Will Provide and Monitor Anesthesia for my Pet?

No one knows your pet better than you, but the next best person is your primary care veterinarian and their staff. That is why Dr. Savicky works directly with your trusted primary care veterinarian to develop a customized anesthetic plan that is instituted by their staff that knows your pet best. 

How it Works

Who Will Perform my Pet's Surgery?

Dr. Savicky will perform your pet's surgery with the assistance of your hospital's support staff. Dr. Savicky has over a decade & a half of experience, numerous publications in journals and magazines, and has trained dozens of veterinarians in advanced surgical procedures. Dr. Savicky will bring advanced, referral level veterinary surgery conveniently to your primary care veterinarian's office.

What Can I Expect in Terms of Postoperative Care?

After surgery your pet will be monitored and hospitalized by your primary care veterinarian. They will coordinate with you a convenient discharge time.


Your pet will receive customized discharge instructions that include medications, incision care, activity restrictions, physical therapy, diet, and a recheck schedule.


Your primary care veterinarian will perform all follow-up exams and diagnostics. In the rare instance of a complication, Dr. Savicky is only a phone call/email away to give his recommendations.

What If I Have More Questions About My Pet's Surgery?

We understand that this an overwhelming time for you and your pet. Your primary care veterinarian will generally make the diagnosis and review the surgery in detail.
